While the team put the safety and comfort first, we also have plenty of fun moments together and will remember the trip for very long time. 10/10 experience that I would recommend anyone interested in Ijen / Banyuwangi. P.S. - based on his knowledge, experience and behaviour, I feel like Justice would be a great guide for any age and gender (including solo female travelers).

The host was amazing and made the whole hiking climbing experience feel safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. They were very friendly, well organized, and knew the mountain extremely well. Throughout the climb, they were encouraging, patient, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and okay. I really appreciated their positive attitude and helpful guidance, especially during the more challenging parts of the hike. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable hiking adventure.

Yes, the guide was very patient. We initially booked the wrong hotel, but he didn't blame us. We adjusted our itinerary ourselves. Later on, the guide took care of everything for us. He prepared bottled water and a big bag of snacks for us in advance. If you're worried about not having enough cash, he'll prepare it for you beforehand, and we can just pay him with a Visa card. I think we should choose this guide. His English is quite good, and Chinese people can also choose him. Another thing is that he pays great attention to our safety, which is very considerate. He also makes arrangements for us, for example, the Lamborghini pushcart we need at Ijen Volcano. He prepares everything in advance. You just need to contact him anytime, and he won't be late. He's very patient.
